the bad thing is, that there even is the posibility to have wrong insurance. it should be standardised and no one should have to pay for such medical bills exept insurance companys. that whole thing is just so sad...all the best to her family!

sorry to hear that and all the best to greg. but its not any stupid sponsors, its the fucked up health care system which is wrong and needs to be changed! he or sara burke didnt choose to have that crash and those injuries. so why should any person pay for such medical bills? thats why there are insurance companys and they have to pay for it - thats what they are for. and nobody would need to raise funds for anybody. dont know how long it takes until you finally get it.

sorry - but i have to agree. got two bikes stolen over the years too. one out of a car. the other out of the house. i hope you learned something finally - even it you took the hard way. leaving the bike outside is like saying "here look what i have. if you want you can have it for free."

it sure is - the 951 is $1899 brand new. but some ppl dont want to belive that and are tying to sell their used frame for just a bit less without warrany. buy a car new from a dealer and try to sell it as a private person a week later. you'll never get close to what you payed yourself.
